Handcrafted with fresh chicken thighs, challots, ginger and garlic clove and our malaysian kitchen's signature seasoning. Grilled over an open flame for a smoky char. It is the kind of dish you remember the next day and crave by the weekend.
In a blender, add the ingredients for the spice paste and blend until smooth. Over medium heat, pour the spice paste in a skillet or pan and fry for 10 minutes until fragrant.
